Usually, the IT guy at my company is a fat, sweaty bloke that handles everything in a hurry since lunch is waiting for him. For this company, the IT support staff is much different than mine. My wires are screwed up, could you fix them?

Is the other seriously trying to fix wires with a cutter? And I don’t think FreeBSD book is helping much in hardware situation.
